In the box labeled Reasons for Charge, enter your email address, order number, and the reason for you are submitting this payment.
For the amount due, please enter the Quantity x 0.01 (Each quantity is equal to a penny)
Example(s)
If $5 is due, enter 500 as quantity
If $50 is due, enter 5000 as the quantity
