Our Own Selection Meursault is produced in collaboration with Domaine Vincent Latour. The estate lies at the heart of the Meursault region, and is famed for producing wines that perfectly hit the balance between traditional and modern. While Meursault is typically a rich, broad style of white wine, many of Latour’s – including this Own Selection – offer a little more of the early picked, reductive style that has become popular in recent years. The estate follows sustainable viticultural practices, including low-intervention winemaking and resisting the use of herbicides and chemicals. Pair with creamy dishes like sole meunière, fish in beurre blanc sauces or seafood gratin.
