Description
Saturated and intense in colour, this is bright, sweet and ripe on the nose, with spiced and marinated plum notes – a sense of steeped fruit that is not at all pruney. Almost exotic with liquorice and allspice, a depth of ripeness prevails. It’s full and lush on the palate, but with welcome grip and a surprising tightening of freshening acidity on the finish.
